Flickr Alert! - Fallen Arch

Lately I've been using Flickr to post all my random shots. My most recent ones being from the time Jeremy, Celeste, Mari, and I went out.

Flickr is amazing because the pictures all come up ten time's clearly than that on any other site. The reason being, of course, that this site is made for photographers... And since I would like to pursue my photography skills, flickr is the best thing.

I've had it for quite awhile now, but I guess, due to the fact that I have put up pictures of me smoking (I always find a way to smoke in drunken escapades... don't ask me how though... I wouldn't be able to let you in on the secret). I'm not a smoker at all but I feel this sudden urge to smoke when I'm drunk. It sort of calms me down and it feels great.

So, anyways, now it's out! I guess I can post some of the pictures here so you can see a little sample of the work I've started on Flickr, but please go and check my photostream out... If you have an account on there, don't hesitate to add me.

Three Amazing...

After going to the cinema with John and Claire and seeing one of the most cliche action films ever (G.I. Joe - Rise of the Cobra), I decided I'd had enough with all these shitty films. It's time to let all of you know three films on my MUST-SEE list at the moment. These films are the hottest things going in the movie-making industry and with good reason; these films deserve the biggest praise all around.
For some reason, though, when I download them, they sort of loose their lustor all together. Such as the Hangover... I've had it on my laptop for ages now and still I haven't had the guts to go up and watch. Argh. Oh well, maybe it will come. I guess I'm just sick of watching them all at home. There's so much more to them at the cinema. Either way the three films below will be great. I highly suggest you all go and watch 'em as well. Might as well, right?
*The three below are ones that have either just gone out of cinema :( or are still in cinema... Not films that are still in the making of whatever*

Number 3 - Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

The only reason why I want to watch this, albeit all the slander of it, is because I've been a long-time fan of the books which are perfectly amazing. The films, however, are quite another story... Even so, I think that this film looks alright, and I'm sure, no matter how shit it is, I will enjoy it. And that's what important with a film right?

Predicted Rating: ✰/10

Number 2 -
Brüno

Yes, Brüno is scandalous, Brüno is disgusting, but Brüno is amazing. Enough said. Borat was spectacular and utterly hilarious, so I have no doubt in my mind that Brüno will be equally as great, maybe even more so. However, I've heard that at parts it's really repulsive... Well, then, you don't know Brüno as well as I know Brüno!
Also, I've heard that he offended some terrorist or something... You think we give a fuck about you're feelings? Oops... Don't kick me off blogger, please. I am very sensitive to things like that. But it's just a film, get over it. He's just here for the kicks. He's a genius. GET OVER IT!

Predicted Rating: /10

And finally... The biggest film on the USA Weekend Box-Office Summary at this moment. Bigger than fucking G.I fucking Joe and all that fucking crap... WE HAVE....

THE INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS

Oh yeah, this film is brilliantly amazing! It looks way too good to be true. Every single Quentin Tarantino film I've seen I've totally loved. He's probably the most talented director that's ever been around. God, Kill Bill was amazing, Death Proof was brilliant, Planet Terror was spectacular, and Pulp Fiction was to die for! I have no doubt that this film will continue on in the legacy of Tarantino filmography.
Brad Pitt in a Tarantino film will be great... As well as Dianne Kruger. She's stunning as ever. This looks awesome. AWESOME! Christ!

Predicted Rating: /10

So, that ends Three Amazing... Films that I want to see in the cinema. Last time I did Three Amazing... Films that I have watched recently.

Coming up next... Three Amazing... Bands/Artists that I've been a huge fan of for ages now. Cheers.

I guess there's not much to say at the moment

Things, as always, are very hectic at the moment. Once I start going to school I hope things sort of settle down in some way. For now, though, things are pretty fucking hectic.
I've been wanting to write a good article on friends and things for a long time now, but since I've been doing huge amounts of English Literature and Language, when it finally gets down to my free time, I don't have any energy whatsoever to start writing up again. Argh, it's frustrating, but then it's also life. Life's a little slut, and she goes around sleeping with the other planets, so she contracts HIV and Syph and now she's infecting everyone that lives 'on' her.
Okay, there's no real meaning in that stupid fucking metaphor. You see what I mean, right?
It's all so very very shitty.

Alright so, let's see what happens when I can... Start enjoying life a little more.

A sort of interesting blog to read, follow, etc is the blog of Twisted. Enjoy

A Tribute To... Federico Erra

He's an amazing photographer I happened to stumble upon on my flickr account... Absolutely stunning work. The composition in all of his pictures are brilliant. The one above is one of many self-portraits he did, which all come out beautifully. He does all sorts of settings and people; mainly erotic/nudity photography.
To find out more about Federico and his amazing photography, please click here: Federico Erra

Here are some other ones I found particularly good:

Misery

Boredom - Mrs. French

Intensity

Captivity on the Beach

After seeing all these amazing pictures and looking over the other ones, it's really motivated me to try and shoot some myself. Hoping to get decent enough for you all to enjoy looking at. I will be posting some on my blog, but you can check 'em all out on my flickr - Gabriels Daemon
Also, pictures come out a lot better and sharper on flickr, it always looks 10 times better (which is why most photographers post all of their pictures there. Cheers for now.

Empty-Handed - Part 7

NOTICE!:
You've waited... You've hoped... You've even prayed though you're a firm Atheist... You've gritted your teeth and hoped for the best... And the best has decided to come.
Finally, the 7th installment to the intricate thesis of Gerald and his life has returned. It's everything the old parts were with the added touch of suspense.
In this new part, get to know Gerald a little more personally, find out what's happened to Joe all this time, and feel what they've felt since Gerald's terrible accident. Delve deep into their minds and feel what they are feeling... Their all changing...

...For the biggest climax in written history... Prepare yourselves for...

Empty-Handed - Part 7

Bjorn awoke from his midday nap in a cold sweat. On any other day, around this time, Bjorn would usually be in his office at the hotel drinking a cup of hot coffee and rifling through the stack of files his secretary would leave on his desk. However, he’d called Samantha Norman and explained to her that he was feeling sick and wouldn’t come to work for a week or two. Samantha knew all too well that that wouldn’t happen. When Bjorn called in sick, he more often than not turned up a couple days later ready to read the morning paper along with his coffee and cigarette. Bjorn knew this as well, it was a weakness he and Gerald shared.
Oh Gerald…
Since he’d found him that day with blood everywhere, he’d blamed himself for being an irresponsible friend and a delinquent drunk. He didn’t understand how he could’ve let himself fall so low. In moments like these he closed himself off to the world and just slept for as long as he could. It was the only way to forget. Nevertheless, in this particular situation, Bjorn realized that sleep was even worse. He would have very vivid bloody dreams that always woke him up feeling like he had to throw up. He would gasp for breath and grasp the garbage bin and heave and heave and heave until the feeling went away.
Gerald soon found it in himself to get up and get a cold glass of Orange Juice and decided to mix in some dry Gin. Walking over to his 42’ flat screen, he sat down with a sigh a flipped through the channels. Yet again, nothing that was even remotely interesting. Finally, after going through almost every channel, he settled on Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple. He distinctly remembered watching them with his mum and older sister. One of his favorite’s was the outstanding ‘Bertram’s Hotel’. He now saw that that was the forming of his fascination for hotels and how they were run. It never ceased to amaze him how intricate and well thought-up plots that were woven together to create a stunning portrayal of crime in that era. Agatha Christie was always his favorite author when he was in his teen years and attending the Stockholm College. He would sit up in his bed, covered in bed-clothes, teeth chattering from the blistering cold out side, and read a Miss Marple Mystery Mechanism. He had always loved alliteration; it just made so much sense to him.
He was suddenly awoken from his deep thinking train of thought to hear his landline ringing up stairs. For a second or two he didn’t was to answer it, but that dissipated when he thought of the countless important people who could be calling him at this moment. He started for the stairs and soon found his way into the guest bedroom and answered the phone.
‘Bjorn…’
‘Joe! Where have you been man? I told you to meet me down by The Trojan Horse. What’s up?’
‘…’
‘Joe? You still there?’
‘Yeah, I’m here. Listen, I don’t really want to talk about it over the phone. What do you say we meet up in town and have a small talk?’
‘Sure, I was just in the middle of…’ Bjorn looked around his huge bedroom. It suddenly felt very empty and lonely. ‘Never mind, I wasn’t in the middle of anything. I’ll be there in 15 or so.’
‘See you then,’ Joe said, his voice sounding strangely far away.
‘Okay, see you. Cheers.’

Bjorn drove as fast and as furious as he could. It seemed to Bjorn that Gerald had been in the hospital for months now, but in reality it had been only about two weeks and a couple days or so. What worried now him most of all was the fact that he hadn’t seen Joe at the hospital or at their usual hang-out spots in town for more than week.
Bjorn wasn’t usually very paranoid about situations like that, but ever since Gerald had been admitted into IC, he’d gotten worried and depressed over the smallest things. Bjorn knew it was his entire fault, and going to visit Gerald with Joe made him feel even more depressed. He thought about Vicky and how she’d signed the divorcement papers because of Bjorn’s many vices. Since then he’d shaped up a little, but most of his ‘bad habits’, as she would’ve called them, were still hanging around him. He would never fully stop the amounts he drank and smoked. It was in him for good now.
Thinking about Vicky always made him think about how horrible he felt when she went into the guest bedroom for the last night they spent as a ‘married couple’. He realized right then and there that he had made a big mistake, but his pride kept him from trying to better himself. It was his nature and no matter how hard he tried to disconnect himself from that train of thought, it always came back; he’d made a big mistake that day. He always replayed the events that had occurred between him and the voluptuously beautiful Vicky.
This was one of the reasons why he kept going to see Gerald. He knew Gerald was the kind of guy who could let his emotions fly, whilst Bjorn would just bottle them up and throw them to sea, and perhaps find them someday later on. Bjorn almost felt like doing something similar to what Gerald did, but he’d just done the same thing he did every so often in the end. This included hanging out with friends at a bar, smoking an unholy amount, and drinking as many cocktails as he possibly could.
This thought bothered him so much, to the point that he pulled out a cigarette then and there. It was from his ‘vehicle supply’, which were always a pack of 20 Lucky Strikes. When he went out to bars and with friends, he’d buy Marlboro Reds.
He felt so bad for Gerald in the end. These sorts of things shouldn’t have to happen to people who don’t know how to handle it.
From there, his thoughts turned to Joe again. Bjorn wondered where he had been. It had been biting him all day long. Everything that happened these days seemed to blur into one big problem in his head, and he felt as if he’d never wake up from them again.

As he was thinking about all this and smoking up his car, he saw the light turn from green to red. The reason was the Ford Focus in front of him. It seemed to have stalled at least three times now, and Bjorn was getting ready to ask what the problem was. As he rolled down his window, something on the opposite side of the road, which was part of a highway, caught his eye. It was a man hunched over a payphone and he seemed to be in some kind of distress. He was wearing a large overcoat… Where had Bjorn seen that large overcoat from?
‘No…’
Bjorn suddenly leapt out of his car, ran across the road where at least seven cars beeped simultaneously at him, and he ran up toward the highway. Bjorn scanned the amount of cars that were speeding past. He needed to get to him as soon as possible. Behind him, he heard a whole chorus of different horns beeping at his empty car. He smiled briefly and shot up the highway. Three or four cars screeched to a halt as they made way for this very strange man who seemed to running across a highway in the middle of rush hour.
Finally, he reached the payphone and, just as he was about to call out to him, the man turned around. His face was slightly soiled and he looked like some sort of hobo… But it was Joe, alright.
‘Joe! I can’t believe it…’ Bjorn started.
‘How did you find me here… I didn’t want you to see me in this disgusting state.’
‘I don’t really know, I was just driving to town to meet you and I saw you here.’
‘I was just about to call the hospital… I just couldn’t bare to see Gerald in that state. It was literal torture.’
‘Yes, I know it’s hard, Joe. What do you think I feel? The thing is, he’s our friend. We really owe to him after… all that’s been happening with him.’
‘I’ve never been in a situation like this, Bjorn… I see where you come from. But after calling Vera…’
He nodded his head. He knew this was going to happen.
‘What did she say?’
‘She said… She said she didn’t want anything to do with us or Gerald anymore. She doesn’t want to involve herself or Vinnie in our problems.’
‘Yes, I know that. I talked to one of the nurses in the hospital. She called as well. Vera’s handling this like any bitter ex-wife would.’
‘Their not even officially divorced and he has full reign to see Vinnie.’
‘It’s fine. I talked to one of the hospital’s attorney’s about it. He said he’ll help out with Gerald. We can do our parts, but that’s it. The main thing is that Gerald knows that we’re there for him now. I know he would like to see you again. Just grit you’re teeth and bare it.
Joe thought back to how things were a couple weeks ago…
‘Everybody’s changing and I don't feel the same...'

Amazing.

This song speaks for itself.

05 - The Flowbots - No Handlebars

Ah, I know...

I haven't been writing my story... Much less writing a short-story or a script of some kind. These days I haven't been in the mood. Maybe I should just write a huge chunk and post, or write the whole thing first and then start posting it in parts. I don't want it to be a huge novel, more like a half-sized book. Almost like the size of compilation of short-stories.

I'll try to write more soon, but I haven't even been able to concentrate on my book, Wilbur Smith's When The Sparrow Falls. I think there's an explanation for this: A Writer's Block... A literacy block... A Reader's Block... What have you. Their all similar to each other... And I feel I have all of 'em.

Personally, it's the worst thing than can happen to a writer. Especially when he's been trying to write something pronto. Let's see... Maybe tomorrow, which is a Saturday, I should be good to write some stuff. We'll have to see then.

So for now... WRITER'S BLOCK HAS TAKEN ME OVER! *Commence cursing, shouting, screaming, crying, etc.*

Happy Birthday Claire!

Yes, it's my eldest sister's birthday. Claire has just turned 27 yesterday and it was great being able to celebrate it with her.
Usually, on these sort of posts, I'm expected to write a little paragraph about the things that I admire about her, and I've decided to do just that:

'I admire Claire for the different changes she's made in life, and her choices. She's a great sister and knowing that she's around is really nice. Claire, being a mother, has an elegant and very regal beauty about her that only comes when one has been through what she has. It's made her into an amazing and all around nice person to live with. I have a huge amount of respect for her and it's not only because I'm her younger brother. Claire, if you're reading this, I just want to say I love you so much and will be doing my best to make you proud to have me as you're younger brother.'

One thing we've all noticed about Claire is simple: She's loved by everyone where ever she's been. In Italy, Mexico, etc, people seemed to be so drawn to her. She's like Mother Teresa, minus the age difference :)

Be it that I have 5 older sisters and one older brother I've had a special admiration for each one of them. Having so many siblings gives me the chance to interact with them all on different levels; one of them may be a great listener, the other may be very helpful in assisting me in my problems and stuff, and on the list goes.

Now that Claire is finally back with us I don't want her to leave any time soon. I want to get a chance to know her again so that I can 100% agree with everyone else when they say 'Claire is such an amazing person.'

Claire... Happy Birthday, I hope everything works out for all of us at this time and that we can be content and make things work. A thousand kisses and hugs goes out to you at this very very special time in you're life.

Here's a song, which will be part of the Top Ten for my blog, that I have promptly dedicated to Claire. Hope you like it, sister :)

What Happened There?

So, the weekend. Ah, what a relief. These weekends I feel as if I'm not doing anything. It's terribly boring. However, this weekend was just amazingly great. We all had too much fun for our own good. I'll never be the same after what happened... *Slowly the picture fades as we go into reminiscent/flashback-mode*

The first day was simple; we went out for a walk, bought a bunch of crappy beer, Jeremy got some shitty chicken, and we sat on the overgrown lawn of a cluster of gray Soviet/Concentration Camp looking council flats. We literally had every type of chav imaginable walking around us: We had the fat female chavs, the chavs who walk around with dogs on leashes and try to impress girls, and even the young hormonal chav boys who scream 'fuck' every other word or so.

We just sat there, completely oblivious to the smuttiness around us, took about 100 pictures, sang along to our favorite songs, and just soaked up the sun and each others pleasant awesomeness. So much quality time. :)

Some pictures include:

Innit, bluds! xD

I would extrapolate more on the event, but I think the pictures will sort of do that for you. I will write more, talk more, and live more later. For now, fuck it. :)

Courtesy of Celeste.

So, I know.

I haven't been posting recently, but I can explain with some very clear and simple logic. I am trying to get into Secondary School (aka High School) to do my exams. I've got records to show the Principals but, apparently, I should have more. So I have taken to raping my mind a little more by waking up each morning at 7 and doing chores and starting school. It's really that simple. Nevertheless, my blog, like a Siren, calls me closer and closer to lock in a watery grave of a kiss. It's very horrifically arousing... I am aware of that.

For awhile now, I've been just fucking around in our newly acquired house in MK (Thank you, Gordan Brown... Fuck off!!) and not really doing anything. It's not my fault, right? I just left London and realized how shitty it really is, and now I'm in this extremely posh area where everything is possible (and that's not just what I say... no).

My sister Celeste just came out of the blue and she's been showing me all this great new music... Two of which I shall put down here... They are that good.

Other than the above, not much as been happening in my life. My life of twisted logic and the cries of all the fools that have died and risen again... I drink from a cup of blood and you draw the venom from the protruding penis of Lady Gaga. Yes, Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite.

Jeremy is coming tomorrow. It should be great. Things are looking up, just as much as they are looking down. Now, I'm quite busy structuring my conversation with Danny.

My Ripley's Adventure: The Aftermath

Well, let's see... After we left the Ripley's Museum, we strutted about Piccadilly, bought some fresh donuts and other goodies and went to sit on the legendary steps of Trafalgar Square. I love how some of these places just grow on you without you even wanting it to happen. You're just sitting there, taking in the sites and the sounds of screaming Spanish hippies taking thousands of pictures on the sacred lions of Trafalgar, and you just feel apart of it all. You feel like you're all connected to each other in some odd way.

So, it rained, we ate, and it rained and we sat.

Finally, once everything had just sort of like... I mean, when the novelty sort of wore out, we went to McDonald's for a little spell. I pretended to be a retard with a cough, got some free water without me asking for it, realized Ikraah was Buddha, and then, when all else failed, me and Ikraah sat about for a couple hours just talking. It was amazing. We talked and talked about everything we could imagine... For come the afternoon I would be gone.

That day had so much potential for being a disaster. But it ended so good.

And, when the day started to end and they had to go back home, it didn't matter that we got soaked in the rain, or that I was stranded in Trafalgar, or that I had to waste a bunch of money to go down to Gravesend for the night and stay with a friend who I hardly knew, or that I had to impose on them for an unholy amount of time, or that me and Freya walked home barfoot in the pouring rain and got drenched head to toe... We were having and had had a great time.

Everything else was like a blur to me. I didn't realize what was happening... I was a peace with the world, and the world was at peace with me... And, for the first time in a while, I smiled a contented and well-deserved smile.

My Ripley's Adventure!

I woke up in the morning with a big smile on my face (just like I said I would)... and it didn't feel out of place!
I had a smooth trip towards Piccadilly Circus and proceeded to wait outside Believe it or Not Museum. Central London, as most of you probably know, hold a great many different peoples on their little tourist trips throughout London.

I find it very amusing when a huge group of Japs push past me to get a picture hugging the Bobby in a bear suit. I find it very amusing when a group of 5 Italians and Spanish people stand in the middle of the sidewalks and shout/laugh in their very loud voices. I find it very amusing when I see a Polish woman posing with her baby underneath the Big Ben for their one-hundredth shot that day.

I find it very amusing that I'm not following their examples. I'm a British person, yet I don't go around site-seeing. I even saw two Danish girls today. Why am not a tourist? Oh yeah... Right, I remember; I live in London. There's no novelty there. It just brings up questions like 'why aren't you in Denmark,' 'what do you do here?' etc.

Sometimes I actually wish I was a tourist. You know, getting conned by the locals, buying expensive souvenir's, eating at the most expensive courts, and the rest that tourists indulge themselves with. Now, when I see them on occasion, I'll feel either sympathetic towards their foolish actions or I'll just laugh along with the rest of UK's population. Doing the latter makes me feel so very much like a Brit that I forget that I'm not one of them. All I have to do is hear my voice again and hear someone shout out 'are you AMERICAN?!?'

While we are still on the subject of dear tourists, I don't understand why they haven't learned to be wise? Why haven't they learned that there are cheaper alternatives to basically everything they do. They consider themselves lucky to partake of the 'British Scene.' They just haven't gotten smarter. Tourists and Stupid are always in the same sentence. Tourists are probably the most amusing species on this Earth (besides... about another 200).

Now, back to my adventure...

So we finally ended up going in and was stopped at the entrance by this random assistant who commented on Ikraah's bow. He was so interested!!! When we finally were able to dodge past him we began to enjoy the sights of Ripley's. In my opinion, they tried a little too hard with the 5-minute booming introduction in the elevators which could possibly give you brain damage... or cancer (these days, anything can give you cancer).

Well, I'm not going to get into all the different things we did and describe how we felt about each one, so I guess some pictures of out memorable day out should give you the picture (hardy har har):

I was greeted at the entrance by a huge slab from the Berlin Wall...

The two-faced revolving statue of Margaret the Damsel and...

...Mephistopheles.

The Marylin Monroe Montage

We watched in horror as Ikraah electrocuted this man...

And then there was The Infamous Iron Maiden... ouch.

The torture section of the museum was probably the most interesting. There was skull crusher, the electric chair, the Iron Maiden, the Chasity belt, etc. Most interesting.

Here's Ikraah, Freyah, and Me in the Mirror Maze... Fucking awesome, that.

Me and Freyah... Happy diva :)

My personal Buddha. Ikrah the Fluorescent Queen.

And finally, here lies... (Insert you're name)

So there you have it.
